Mindful Business

Is it possible to increase efficiency and profits and at the same time experience joy from work? Is it possible to be successful and at the same time feel that what I do has a real sense? Do work and a happy life go together? I believe, they do. The goal of the Mindful Business project, where I am the initiator and manager,is to make original self-experiencing courses focused on discovering and developing one´s own talent, abilities of intuition and emotional intelligence and their use in the world of enterprising and managerial practice. The project has been inspired by the wisdom of Buddhist psychology, alchemy, techniques of work with changed states of consciousness and drawn from other non-traditional sources. It applies this ancient know-how of self-fulfilment and attaining happiness in the corporate environment during the development of managerial skills and strengthening team cooperation. It has been implemented by A.T.A.P.

Between Heaven and Earth

The project for using mindfulness and the principles of abhidhamma in the psychotherapy of clients with psychotic symptoms, or clients going through a psycho-spiritual crisis. It has been implemented within a post-graduate study of psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts of Charles University in Prague and it freely continues the doctorate thesis Mysticism and Schizophrenia. Clients included in this project get a 20% discount for psychotherapy. However, at the beginning and at the end of therapy and after every meeting they fill in a questionnaire and individual sessions are recorded for research purposes.
