Corporate workshops
I prepare and run corporate workshops focused on soft-skills, mainly emotional intelligence, assertiveness, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, mindfulness, and stress management.
As a lecturer, I collaborate with agencies První česká vzdělávací, ATAP, Odyssey and Agender. At present, I recommend you the Mindful Leadership Program. My trainer’s profile (including references) can be found here.

Open workshops
The offer of open workshops for the public and for professionals/therapists is released on a separate website mindfulness.cz. Besides my own courses, I also currently participate in projects Transformační cyklus Sebeškola and Grof® Legacy Training – Holos. In the future, you can look forward to a two-year training in Mindfulness-Informed Integrative Psychotherapy.

My office is situated in the centre of Ústí nad Labem, approximately 20m from the Hraničář cinema. The building is on the corner of Masarykova Street. There is a Piknik café on the ground floor of the building. The office is situated in the attic on the 3rd floor.
