Open workshops
I publish the offering of open workshops for the public and professionals/therapists on a separate website mindfulness.cz. In addition to my own courses, I currently participate in projects such as Beyond Psychedelics, CZEPS, Psyon, Diabasis and Grof® Legacy Training – Holos. In September 2025, we launched a two-year training in Mindfulness-Informed Integrative Psychotherapy.

The consulting room is located in the center of Ústí nad Labem, in the immediate vicinity of Church of St. Adalbert. The entrance to the building is next to the café and wine bar V klášteře. Upon arrival, please ring the bell labeled “Dr. Benda.” I will open the main entrance door for you remotely. After entering the building, you will find the consulting room on the ground floor — the fourth door on the right. Parking is available at Forum Shopping Centre.
